**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our live casino card games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will work closely with our dealers and casino staff to create a professional and positive experience for our guests. **Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in, monitor, audit, and ensure that live casino card games are conducted in accordance with established rules and regulations, including seating arrangement and rotation.
* Work in a lively and fast-paced environment with a professional and fun team to ensure asset protection procedures are followed.
* Create a professional and positive experience for our guests and coworkers by working with the dealer and casino staff.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**
* 21+ years of age
* Obtain and maintain required licensing through state and local agencies (company-paid)
* Pass our comprehensive paid training program
* Availability to work weekends and overtime

* Ability to pass a drug test and credit check (may be required)
