- Reaching out to 30 new members every day, making at least 3 attempts at different times and days within the specified turnaround time (TAT) to ensure that each member is contacted and supported.
- Utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with arenaflex members, providing them with timely and effective support.
- Working collaboratively with the arenaflex team to ensure that all members receive seamless and comprehensive support, leveraging your knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an outbound call center setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- Basic software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
