Essential Functions In this role, you will be expected to: Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and excellence in customer service. Work independently, taking initiative and requiring minimal supervision, as you will be working from home and managing your time effectively. Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and reliable support. Make decisions, problem-solve, and uphold an ethical standard, reflecting our company's values and mission. Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma, providing a foundation for further learning and development. A designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring you can effectively manage your workload and communicate with customers. The ability to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness. Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience, enabling you to efficiently manage data, communicate with customers, and collaborate with colleagues. At least 2 years of customer service experience, providing a solid foundation for delivering exceptional customer experiences and handling complex customer inquiries. Why blithequark?
