Your primary responsibility will be to provide quick and accurate assistance to customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in real-time. You'll be expected to work independently, but also as part of a larger team-oriented environment, where collaboration and communication are key. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately * Promote interest in client products and services * Continually portray and project a positive and professional image * Provide administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **Preferred Qualifications** * The ability to compose professional emails * Experience working in a customer-facing role * Familiarity with online chat software and customer support platforms **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with customer support software and platforms * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
