About the Role: Online Chat Specialist

Your primary focus will be on interacting daily with visitors on our client's websites through online chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
• Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
• Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately.
• Promote interest in arenaflex products and services.
• Continually portray and project a positive and professional image.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
• Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Requirements for Success:
