- Handle multiple incoming requests for information, staying calm under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support operations
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
