Essential Qualifications

- Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), with the ability to work remotely and independently
