Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Epic Software experience is highly preferred, as you will be working with our electronic health record system to access and update patient information.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse patient population and value language accessibility.
- Must have worked in a call center environment, with experience in medical claims and/or insurance, to provide expert support to our patients and healthcare partners.
- Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent, and complete a drug screen test (including testing for THC).
- Must have high-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed, and be able to hardwire via Ethernet cable to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance requirements, and have a dedicated workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer.
