About the Position As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries with care, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, de-escalate issues when necessary, and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Responsibilities - Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information. - Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a solution-focused approach. - Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies. - Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, using problem-solving skills and creative thinking. - Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding. - Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using effective conflict resolution techniques. - Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. - Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, using arenaflex's CRM system. - Provide feedback on call issues, helping to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Requirements - Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using arenaflex's digital tools and platforms. - 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a mechanical or technical field. - Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed. - High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills. - Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and arenaflex's CRM software. - Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. - Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Ability to navigate arenaflex's digital platforms and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt. - Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Nice-to-Haves - Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. - Knowledge of mechanical or technical systems, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and repair. - Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong understanding of digital collaboration tools.
