About the Team and What We'll Build Together As a member of our arenaflex Contact Center team, you will have the unique opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. We value your skills as a Tier 1 Agent to promote loyalty brand building on behalf of our clients, while creating customer insights that drive team performance. Key Responsibilities Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide exceptional customer service. Answer all incoming inquiries directed to you through various media channels, including phone, email, and chat. Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude, acting with integrity at all times. Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working toward a resolution and de-escalating issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Efficiently use all internal systems and resources, adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures. Escalate any issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts, demonstrating a "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to attend a 7-week training program remotely with 100% attendance. Basic computer knowledge, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong customer service orientation and collaborative nature to work within an assigned team. Good problem-solving ability, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with flexibility regarding changes in work processes and environment. A strong home WiFi connection and quiet home office environment, with the ability to work independently without relying heavily on your team or supervisor. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of customer service experience and savvy computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
