Responding promptly to all customer messages and maintaining response time targets to ensure timely support. Demonstrating empathy and professionalism while troubleshooting customer problems and providing solutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution. Following blithequark policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand integrity, upholding our company values and standards. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex cases or technical issues when necessary, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support. Staying up to date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers, enhancing their overall experience with blithequark. Essential Qualifications and Skills for Success To excel as a Live Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you will need: Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity, to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically while troubleshooting customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Familiarity with using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM software), with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies. Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed. A quiet workspace and a stable internet connection to effectively work from home, ensuring uninterrupted support to our customers. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not required, the following qualifications and experience are beneficial for success in this role: Previous customer service experience (chat support or call center), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with handling a high volume of customer interactions, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed. Working Hours and Flexibility This part-time remote position offers flexible hours, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Ideal candidates should be available for shifts ranging between 10 to 20 hours per week, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and customer demand. Proficiency in typing (minimum 40 words per minute), with the ability to quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries. High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve customer issues and improve processes. Knowledge of CRM systems, chat platforms, and order management systems is a plus, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
