Troubleshooting and Resolution: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical or account-related problems, leveraging your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Multi-Chat Management: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. Customer Assistance and Follow-Up An integral part of your role will be addressing customer concerns with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
