Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or support role, especially via live chat, is advantageous. Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is a plus. Skills : Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy, strong written communication, and active listening abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Technical Proficiency : Basic understanding of troubleshooting common technical issues and familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems.
