Job Overview As a live chat customer support agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers' queries, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will be working independently in a remote setting, with the flexibility to set your own hours as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 10 hours per week.
