Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations in real-time, responding to site visitor inquiries, and providing relevant information in accordance with approved scripts. Your primary goal will be to connect our site visitors with our practice-based Patient Leads (PLs), who will then work on booking them for in-person consultations. Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations
• Managing multiple chat-based conversations simultaneously while providing timely and accurate responses
• Following our lead journey process to ensure seamless and effective communication
• Focusing on both quantity and quality, responding to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients
• Collaborating with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals, and assisting with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed
• Providing accurate information, including starting prices and other approved details, and qualifying leads to drive sales growth
• Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as assigned

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Essential qualifications include:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
• Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute
• Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)
• Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
• Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization
