Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via live chat, email, or other messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or ticketing systems in real-time, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution. Resolve product or service issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal departments when necessary. Provide accurate information regarding blithequark products, services, orders, and policies, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates. Document customer interactions in CRM or support software, maintaining detailed records of conversations and issue resolutions. Maintain service level targets for response and resolution times, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Stay current on product knowledge, company updates, and support procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. These include: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a significant plus. 1+ year of customer service or live chat support experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey a professional and friendly tone in all interactions. Strong multitasking ability, with comfort managing multiple chats at once and prioritizing tasks effectively. Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat, Freshdesk, or similar), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
