About the Role We are seeking driven, customer service-oriented teammates who are curious about innovative blockchain technology and financial services. As a Licensed Customer Success Associate, you will be at the heart of the action, providing product, technical, and educational support to our potential and existing customers. Your effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail will contribute to key outcomes that secure existing business initiatives, drive brand engagement, and ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact and advocate for our customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and support Handle customer inquiries via omni-channel communication, processing applications, and providing solutions with knowledge and empathy Educate customers on arenaflex and our products with enthusiasm and expertise, promoting brand recognition and loyalty Gather key insights and assist in process improvement for arenaflex's products and services, enhancing the customer experience Provide technical support and troubleshooting on a variety of potential issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Conduct video notary sessions with attention to detail and professionalism, following up daily with multi-vendor coordination when needed Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team's capabilities and stay up-to-date with industry developments Contribute to an exciting and vibrant office environment and team dynamic, fostering collaboration and innovation Essential Qualifications BA/BS from an accredited university preferred, with 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role Having a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license that was active within the last 5 years in the state of Missouri is required The ability to obtain Missouri MLO licensing within 60 days of hire is required Proven background in being a dependable and reliable team player, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer success Flexibility and adaptability to ongoing refinements in process and structure, with a willingness to learn and grow Confident, friendly, and compassionate communication skills, with the ability to instill trust and rapport with customers Process-driven organizational skills, with a quick and flexible learning style and the ability to navigate new technology platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial technology or blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of innovative technologies and their applications Previous experience in a customer success or support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
