**Job Summary**
The Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst will create geographic data for assigned areas, design PC-generated maps and reports, and provide administrative support to local dealmakers. This role requires a strong understanding of geographic data systems, data analysis, and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned areas using MapInfo, as requested by local dealmakers
* Process requests and inquiries directly from arenaflex activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials
* Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including data analysis and interpretation, as assigned
* Provide administrative support to local dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative needs as requested
* Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and organization, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, ensuring computers are working accurately, recording, booking deliveries, and requesting office supplies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field
* Two years of relevant work experience in geographic data systems
* Strong understanding of geographic data systems and data analysis
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Proficiency in MapInfo
* Experience working with geographic data systems and data analysis software
