Job Overview
In this role, you will work closely with our customers, both virtually and onsite, to address their technical inquiries, provide software upgrades, and offer expert advice on the optimal use of our solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, web, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues and product-related questions.
- Perform preliminary troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity problems, escalating complex issues to the Technical Services or Technical Consultant and Management teams as needed.
- Capture and record customer interactions and performed tasks in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data tracking and analysis.
- Identify customer needs that require further consultation, collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
- Monitor and report customer practices, testing locations, and installation status, providing valuable insights to inform our business strategies and improve customer outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer satisfaction.
- Competency in computer operation, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as proficiency in PDF files and cloud network and server utilization practices.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, common firewall resolution practices, and router, switch, ethernet port, and Wi-Fi bridge configuration.
- Familiarity with routing protocols, WAN/LAN networks, and TCP/ICP infrastructure, as well as experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in medical facilities or with customer-facing support in the healthcare industry.
- Advanced certifications in IT support, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
