**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Inventory & Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a night shift schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 6:15pm-6:30am). As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inventory & Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing orders and maintaining inventory into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Performing data entry tasks, including researching and correcting transaction errors
* Handling domestic and international shipping documents
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and transactions
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless inventory management and data entry processes
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience
* Ability to speak, read (fine print), and write in English
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
* Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
* Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
* Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment
* Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
* Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
* High school diploma or equivalent
