As an International Shipping Clerk, you will play a critical role in our logistics and shipping operations. Your primary responsibility will be to process all export parcel international shipping requests through designated carrier systems, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our clients' packages. You will work closely with our internal teams and external carriers to coordinate pick-ups, handle package processing, and maintain accurate records of shipments. To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a fulfillment/warehouse environment. You should be able to operate lift trucks and pallet jacks, lift up to 15 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, and perform assigned work in a standing posture for extended periods. Previous experience in international shipping or logistics is an asset, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be proficient in using internal shipping systems and carrier software, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
