Our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted and reliable partner in the insurance industry. **Job Summary** As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty insurance-related customer service and billing inquiries, providing policyholders with expert guidance and support to ensure they have the right coverage for their needs. You'll work closely with our team to review policies, update coverage, and make recommendations to policyholders, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact policyholders via telephone, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal, update coverage, and provide recommendations to enhance retention and better meet their needs. * Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure they have sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance. * Receive and respond to calls and emails from policyholders, documenting all activity in our EPIC system. * Utilize knowledge of insurance industry policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service, including providing quotes on endorsements as requested. * Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies. * Process changes to policies within EPIC and submit changes to specific companies, following up to ensure timely processing. * Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims. * Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure timely return. * Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience and salary zone. * Eligible for Annual Merit Increase. * Comprehensive Health benefits package, including Paid Time Off (accruals begin on first day of employment), 401(k) plan with a company match, Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision Coverage, Tuition Reimbursement, Life Insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts. * Nearly 4 weeks of paid time off accrued during the first year. * Paid time off to volunteer. * Tuition reimbursement. * 401(K) plan with company match up to 7%. * Free arenaflex Premier Battery Membership. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment. * Property and Casualty insurance license required. * Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or insurance environment. * Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. **Work Environment** * Work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection. * Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals. **Career Growth Opportunities** * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. * Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on employee development and well-being. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about insurance, customer service, and working from home, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex.
