Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and direct mail correspondence with customers to review policies, provide quotes, and address billing inquiries
• Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
• Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies
• Process changes to policies, submit changes to specific companies, and follow up to ensure timely processing
• Review policy information, reference company-specific claims procedures, and assist customers in filing claims
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities and obtain quote information to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth
• Document all activity in our EPIC system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, combined with 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
• Property and Casualty insurance license required, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the field
• Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment, showcasing your commitment to ongoing learning and development
