Our DTC business is built on a foundation of data-driven decision-making, and we're looking for a talented Information Investigator to join our team and help us take our business to the next level.
**Job Summary**
As an Information Investigator at arenaflex, you'll work closely with business leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. You'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns and trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to timely and relevant Pack intel
* Perform in-depth pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable perspective
* Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth
* Work with other Examination groups to understand and integrate Pack data from various sources, weaving insights into a cohesive and compelling narrative
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Examination, Arithmetic, Information Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
* At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and indirect regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures
* Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, deciphering patterns and trends, and utilizing a wide range of data sources and tools
* Experience with data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
* Proven analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
* Ability to think critically, breaking down and interpreting market and customer data
* Familiarity with A/B testing and MVT methodologies, including design, execution, and analysis
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
* Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
* Familiarity with Disney's Direct-to-Consumer business and its various brands, including Hulu, Disney, and ESPN
