Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated Inbound Sales Agent to join our team. As a virtual inbound sales specialist, you will handle inbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to upsell and cross-sell products, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and providing product information
- Meet daily sales targets and performance metrics, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to upsell and cross-sell products, and drive sales growth
- Follow the assigned sales process and call flow, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Contact product providers to gather additional information and resolve customer issues
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Work in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using technology, including software applications and hardware
- Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college or university education
- Experience working in a home-based or remote environment
- Familiarity with home products and furniture industry
- Certification in sales or customer service
