**Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Operations Support**

Our team of passionate professionals is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering and managing inbound calls regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other healthcare procedures, billing and payments, and other related topics from customers in a prompt, courteous manner. * Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and provide support. * Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues to provide appropriate responses and types of assistance the customer needs while documenting relevant information in a clear and concise manner in computer systems. * Handling and processing customer complaints/grievances while applying appropriate conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations. **What You'll Have** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * Cable/Fiber internet and the ability to hardwire is required. * At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of handling high call volumes and resolving complex issues. * The ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily. * Demonstrated ability in using computer and Microsoft applications, including strong keyboard and navigation skills, the ability to type 35 WPM, and the ability to learn new computer programs. * Analytical skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * A detail-oriented approach to work. **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The training schedule will be as follows: * Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST (4-6 weeks) * Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts will fall between 11am-9pm EST **Essential Functions** This role requires: * Working weekends * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules **Skills** To excel in this role, you will need: * Active Listening * Telephone Etiquette * Basic Software Skills * Typing Skills * Adapting to Change * Basic Computer Skills * Call Center * Call Center Support * Healthcare * Medicare/Medicaid **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you will need: * 1 year of experience in a call center environment. * Experience level: Experienced. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
