Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualizing and developing designs and layouts
- Create strong visual designs that cater to a diverse range of tasks and projects
- Demonstrate adaptable design skills in branding, typography, and packaging
- Pitch innovative ideas to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators
- Complete all design tasks according to client requirements and technical standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market insights
- Proactively solve problems with persistence and intelligence
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with peers and establishing a sense of teamwork
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Contribute to team collaboration by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong understanding of design principles and print production
- The ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality
- Proficiency in typography and design skills
- Strong branding skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior
- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills

- The capacity to accept and apply feedback and criticism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Macintosh and Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
