Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Service Agent. As a full-time employee, you will be working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Manage and update customer accounts
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
