Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized help for network framework and inward work area frameworks programming and equipment.
- Introduce, arrange, and investigate work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues.
- Maintain passwords, information honesty, and record framework security.
- Offer technical support to PC framework clients, answering questions and resolving PC issues via phone, email, or remote access.
- Provide assistance with the utilization of PC equipment and programming, including printing, establishment, venture frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks.
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and programming as needed.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
