Position Overview

This Full Time Remote Data Entry Specialist position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, sorting, and interpreting data, as well as maintaining our tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry
• Closing Batch Tickets for multiple locations
• Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials
• Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
• Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors
• Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements
• Understanding the management of Quality Systems and familiarization with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
• Adhering to PPE requirements as necessary
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) skills
• Associate degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
