Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and leaders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
