Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator to work on our team in Cincinnati, OH, on a full-time night shift from 12:30 AM to 6:30 AM. As a Data Entry Operator at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Data Entry: Key a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour or type 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate, ensuring high-quality data output.
- 10-Key Typing: Utilize 10-key by touch typing skills to efficiently enter data.
- Production Process Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of production processes in assigned areas and adhere to established guidelines.
- Quality and Timeliness: Demonstrate a proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output.
- Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with team leaders, work associates, and clients.
- Direction and Feedback: Understand and carry out oral and written directions, and provide feedback to improve processes.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.

- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including data entry software.
