As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer interactions Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers, driving business growth and revenue Explain and position products and services when interacting with customers, providing personalized support and recommendations Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer churn Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, reducing customer effort and improving satisfaction Candidate Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Experience with data entry utilizing a computer, with excellent typing skills and accuracy The ability to read and speak English fluently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+), with a reliable and quiet workspace Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software applications Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment State or Federal work experience, with knowledge of government regulations and procedures Conditions of Employment All arenaflex locations require: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint, with job offers contingent on background/security investigation results Must be willing to submit to drug screening, with job offers contingent on drug screening results Compensation and Benefits At arenaflex, we believe that hard work should pay off, and we offer competitive compensation and benefits to our employees.
