As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering group that's responsible for developing capabilities that make our customers' purchasing experience frictionless and exquisite. You'll work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to architect and develop new features, software protection, and refactoring, while ensuring accelerated performance and automation.
**What You'll Do**
* Lead improvement for in-depth mobile initiatives surrounding upper-funnel capabilities such as homepage, income, class, authentication, and landing stories
* Architect and develop new features, software protection, and refactoring, while ensuring accelerated performance and automation
* Review code and provide guidance for different builders participating in our launch approval system
* Use statistics and metrics to collaboratively force impactful adjustments
* Frequently interface and interact with first-rate, UX, lower back-end/API, product, analytics, and other teams
* Collaborate with iOS and full-stack teams to ensure answers are robust and aligned
* Lead by example; promote knowledge, joy, and excellent practices through mentoring, tech talks, and shows
**What You'll Deliver**
* At least 2+ years of expert Android development on publicly available apps
* A passion for writing clean, readable, and thoroughly examined code, and an eagerness to share your knowledge with others
* A mastery of Android basics, interacting with endpoints, debugging, and memory control
* Experience in having architected or designed complex features with product managers or other stakeholders
* A deep knowledge of architecture patterns, including MVP, MVVM, MVI/VIPER, and sync patterns
* A power to study new libraries and technologies, live on the cutting edge of the evolving mobile landscape, and a fervor to create reports that will delight users
* A real belief that positive and respectful code reviews are the bedrock of a healthy team
* Expertise in cloth design, Android UI/UX development, and first-class practices
**Nice to Have**
* Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Graphlet
* Ruby or similar scripting languages
* Running Go-platform with iOS and/or full-stack
