Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that all questions are addressed and concerns are alleviated.
- Resolving Customer Issues: Utilize empathy and understanding to resolve customer issues and concerns, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Leverage problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Meeting Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics, striving for excellence in every interaction.
- Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution process.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and accurate support to our customers.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as an Online Chat Agent at blithequark, you will need:
- 0-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service, with a focus on chat experience (previous experience with live chat software is a plus).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: A basic understanding of computer software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail, with a focus on providing accurate and informed support to our customers.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with Chat Software and Technology: Previous experience with chat software and technology, including live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles: A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $47.00/hour, depending on experience. Available shifts are all days except Sundays.
