**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in a full-time, remote position. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis support to our leadership team, and will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through process enhancements and cost savings initiatives. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for assigned areas of the general ledger
* Be a key player in the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas
* Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP combined financial statements using accepted methodologies
* Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
* Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders regarding significant accounting matters
* Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives
**What We're Looking For**
* Self-motivated and independent - able to think critically, innovatively, and entrepreneurially

* Sharp business acumen and process-oriented
* Data-driven and unafraid to go down to the lowest level of detail for accuracy and a high level of precision
* Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, including strong proficiency in English
* Strong analytical and time management skills
* 2 years of relevant accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
* Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
