**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Digital Chat/Conversational AI program. As a key member of our team, you'll define the product vision, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across design, engineering, and business teams. **Key Responsibilities**
* Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and requirements to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure timely delivery
* Develop and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
* Work closely with designers, engineers, and business teams to ensure seamless product development
* Develop and maintain product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital chat and conversational AI
* Proven track record of delivering successful products and features
* Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
