**Job Responsibilities**
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the discovery and development of new product features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery
* Defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
* Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives
* Analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions and drive innovation
* Working closely with data scientists and analysts to develop and refine product metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI, live chat support, or related technologies
* Proven track record of delivering successful products and features, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decision-making
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
* Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking methodologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) technologies
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
