Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT department, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Investigate and resolve heightened help desk tickets, working closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and operations management.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and guides for the Satisfaction Center to meet requirements set by the local Operations team.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support rapid growth.
- Lead a team of IT Support Specialists, providing guidance and oversight to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
- Perform network engineering and troubleshooting, project management, and data cabling, as well as maintain various software and hardware environments.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Center environment.
- MS certifications, such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP.
- Extensive knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0.
- Proficiency in areas of IT, including Microsoft Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
- Experience with data cabling and PC office maintenance.
- Proven success in driving IT Support teams and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco CCNA certification.
- Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management.
- Ability to manage high-priority projects and work effectively with limited oversight.
- Experience traveling up to 25% and lifting up to 50 pounds.
