**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data scientist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Platform (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and executing our AI strategy to elevate our engineer experience platform and accelerate application development within arenaflex. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply advanced machine learning algorithms to large-scale data sets, driving business growth and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and execute AI strategy to enhance our engineer experience platform and accelerate application development
* Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions
* Apply advanced machine learning algorithms to large-scale data sets to drive business growth and innovation
* Ensure high-quality data through analysis, modeling, and data visualization
* Select and calibrate ML algorithms to achieve optimal predictive performance
* Experience with training and deploying models, including hyperparameter tuning and model selection
* Communicate complex AI model concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
* Experience with applying ML methods in developer efficiency is a plus
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
* 2+ years of experience in the product industry, focused on machine learning
* Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with experience in distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database
* Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models
* Experience with transformer engineering, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
* Strong understanding of software development life cycles and application development processes
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Certification in machine learning or data science is a plus
