**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to join our remote team, working closely with our Manufacturing teams to streamline production processes, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing production orders and creating labels for QC samples and bulk materials
* Assisting with batch records (prefilling-out, reviewing/verification, and scanning/attaching)
* Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and assisting the Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
* Performing job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
* Other projects or responsibilities as may be required

**Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
* Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
* Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
* Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
