**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Workflow Systems Analyst. As a key member of our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing workflow tooling at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers
* Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau and SQL
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workflow design and implementation
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
* Strong understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
* Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Advanced Tableau developer skills
* Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
* Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven insights
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
* Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
* Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics
* Project management experience, including planning and driving efforts across cross-functional teams
