**About the Job:**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our accounting group, you will work closely with our Senior Accounting Supervisor to drive forward process upgrades and ensure precise reporting of working costs. You will be responsible for:
* Planning and preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
* Being a key owner of the monthly close cycle for ourselves and foreign entities for explicitly assigned functional areas
* Ensuring financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP combined budget summaries using accepted methodologies
* Assisting with providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
* Communicating with FP&A, functional partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
* Performing special investigations and tasks to further our cycle improvement drives
**What We're Looking For:**
* A self-motivated and independent individual with a passion for data analysis and a keen eye for detail
* A "make it happen" attitude, with the ability to handle pressure well and be modest and resourceful
* Sharp business acumen and process-oriented thinking
* A data-focused and detail-oriented individual with the ability to go down to the lowest level of detail for truth and elevated levels of precision
* Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, with strong proficiency in English
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
* Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
* Four-year degree in Accounting, CPA certification an asset
* Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
