**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Transportation Analytics crew. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our customers to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technologies, including SQL, Tableau, and Python, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to identify trends and patterns
* Developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Tableau and other tools
* Creating ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to centralize data from multiple sources
* Analyzing stakeholder needs and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to ensure data accuracy and completeness
* Leveraging scripting languages, such as Python, to automate reporting and data manipulation tasks
* Documenting processes and sharing knowledge with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and maintain data integrity
* Creativity and a user experience (UX) focus to develop impactful Tableau dashboards
* Business operations fluency, with a strong understanding of supply chain and transportation operations
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
