**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll work in a dynamic contact center environment, providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients' financial needs. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver outstanding results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work in a contact center environment to support clients' financial needs
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide suggestions to resolve internal and external client issues
* Perform moderately complex customer service tasks
* Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them
* Advocate for digital services like online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
**Required Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
* Ability to analyze digital upgrades to improve customer experience
* Business industry experience
* Knowledge of investment terminology
* Contact center experience
* A BS/BA degree or higher
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience handling complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience with digital platforms and tools
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
