As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of ocean volumes and enhancing the development of the ocean product. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Ocean to support carrier development, pricing, analysis of carrier service, routings, carrier performance, and resolving carrier service issues. This role will also require you to support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the success of our customers and the growth of our business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry, logistics, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management) and 3+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or a related field. You will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
While not required, preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management) and 5+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or a related field. Experience with ocean freight and carrier development, knowledge of global trade lane operations and logistics, and certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Logistics Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional) are also preferred.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. You will also need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
