Our commitment to innovation, customer service, and community engagement has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our pharmacy operations by accurately and efficiently processing patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related data * Identify and resolve issues related to patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations * Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, policies, and procedures related to healthcare and pharmacy services **Patient Experience** * Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with items and services * Resolve patient issues promptly and professionally * Model and promote client service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and positive experience * Associate with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services * Participate in and aid events that reflect the exceptional communities we serve as mentioned by Head supervisor, Medical services Boss, Region Director or Drug store Administrator **Tasks** * Advise patients and answer their questions regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical supplier when necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service * Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management * Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility * Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, organization policies and standards * Assist pharmacy administrator with establishing strategies that promote the effective work process of the pharmacy including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas * Ensure the use of all components of the Honest intentions Apportioning strategy related to state and government controlled substance regulations while filling solutions * Maintain current knowledge of data technology related to pharmacy systems including workflow, solution satisfaction, billing, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers to offer assistance to patients as well as pharmacy staff * Ensure the accurate handling of claims to determine patient issues and prevent payment rejections * Circulate back to insurance agency and clinical suppliers and participate in external review * Circulate back to clinical suppliers' offices to explain prescribed medications, doses, refills, interactions, and aversions to suggest alternative medications, and answer clinical supplier questions * Perform clinical and health services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, disease state management, and other healthcare services * Assist and support the pharmacy administrator in examining performance data including pharmacy financial, customer service, and execution of strategies for pharmacy resource management and stock management * Create and maintain good relationships with local healthcare community including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers * Participate in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business, enhance learning experiences, and give happier lives through better health * Collaborate with unified support for patient enrollment, exemption resolution, and assist with resolving patient issues * In virtual conditions, conducts virtual item audit by keeping explicit organization methods and rules **Individuals and Performance Management** * Assist the Pharmacy Administrator with staff hiring and training * Develop the course of Pharmacy Administrator in staff performance by training, and giving productive feedback, checking customer service, and encouraging colleague development * Advance collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing assumptions, screens and perceives progress, and encourages a common vision **Training and Self-awareness** * Maintain current knowledge and required permitting/credentialing/confirmation as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance * Maintain current knowledge and skills connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, organization publications, and communications * Maintain attention to advancements in retail and management and pursues accepted procedures that would improve performance * Acquire vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as expected by the Organization * Seek professional development by observing one's performance, requests for valuable feedback, and use pharmacy chief and head supervisor as tutor and mentor **Essential Capabilities** * BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an authorized educational establishment * Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region * Experience performing solution apportioning exercises that show serious areas of strength for an information on pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations * Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire **Preferred Capabilities** * At least 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance * Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology systems, including workflow, solution satisfaction, billing, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers *
