We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth, and we are seeking talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Highlights** * Competitive salary * Remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling * Immediate openings available * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization * Collaborative and supportive team environment **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Conducting records submission and clerical tasks requiring the use of different job approaches and treatments, and acquaintance with plan features, services, policies, and process * Serving as the first point of contact by phone or face-to-face to assist customers who require a range of support plans and services * Placing outbound customer contacts, following up with emails, and responding to basic inquiries * Updating and maintaining customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Managing support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, information access, and document production * Creating and updating customer service issue tickets * Supporting in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and managing unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and internet research jobs * Managing the business's lobby area: greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers; straight and seating all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment * General office roles, including but not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job * Responsible for checking out supply products **Essential Qualifications** * Work Remotely * MS Office Suite proficient * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Proven ability to follow guidelines and establishment policies to perform critical work functions * Demonstrated analytical capabilities * Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests * Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required * Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask * Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer support or data entry roles * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
