**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our Data Analysis group, you'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, and identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring critical and lawful remediations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber notification drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required)
* Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers of subscribers for notification as well as remediation
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams, and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners
* Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information
* Manage project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of work experience developing in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2+ years of analytical experience
* Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
