**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced data analyst to join our Content Valuation and Financial Planning team. As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development of content valuations and financial planning models for our vast library of TV content across various markets and platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business development, to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain content valuation models and financial planning tools to support business growth and strategic decision-making
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform content valuation and financial planning
* Collaborate with finance partners to identify and implement process efficiencies and improve the quality of financial reporting
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DTC finance, studio finance, interests, and controllership
* Curate and organize large datasets to inform content valuation and financial planning decisions
* Regularly track and analyze content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards
* Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive innovation and growth across the content valuation and financial planning function
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial planning, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
* Experience working with large datasets and scientific tools, with a demonstrated ability to investigate quantitative and qualitative data
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial planning, or a related field
* Experience working in the entertainment or media industry, with a strong understanding of content valuation and financial planning principles
* Certification in data analysis or financial planning, such as the Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
* Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
